    I've watched the last two Canucks games on the NHL.com app on my phone. It's pretty sweet. And a way my wife can get me out of the house on a Canucks night. 

    One thing though is that I can't look at Twitter during the game, which all in all in probably a good thing.

    I can't get this mad after a bad call goes against the Canucks. Even though I'd be willing to bet money if that goal was scored by another team it would have counted.

      Incompetence in a top level position in unacceptable.  Sure, human error is part of it, but when you change the face of a game or don't even appear to know the rules?  Ridiculous.   With that, I don't dwell on it, I expect it.  Which, in itself, is sad.

    I'm having flashbacks to Canucks teams of the past, before the West Coast express, when this team used to cough up leads like it was going out of style. How many times this season has a team that is trailing pulled their goalie to tie the game on the Canucks? It's staggering. This team used to be able to hold leads. Now every team they play can feel at least hopeful when they're trailing late. I know they're banged-up, but this one hurts.

    Well I'd be more bitter about this loss if it weren't for their obvious tiredness and their increasingly thin ranks. Their goaltending has been outstanding, and major kudos to Eddie Lack for keeping them in this game. I think the Canucks either have to grow some of their draft picks into players or take a flyer on some projects to bolster their ranks.
