  1. 6th, Edler, Schroeder. They can draft one of Nylander/Ehlers at 6th for sure.
  2. I know it would be hard to retain the 6th and move up for SR, but it is possible I guess provided Kesler is involved, and is willing to waive his NTc to go to FLA, or BUFF. To Buffalo: Kesler, 36th, Schroeder, 2015 2nd To Van: 2nd overall Future Canucks: Shinkaruk Reinhart Kassian Nylander Horvat Jensen Gaunce Cassels Fox Thats a big, skilled, two way line up.
  3. That is a dream, but the 6th will definetly be on the table to move up that much.
  4. I watch this guy's posts on you tube sometimes, and he has some decent insight on players. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtYPkhedz98
  5. Sam Reinhart if we trade up would be spectacular. If not Nylander or Ehlers please.
  6. I doubt Tallon takes either 1st overall, but if he were to trade down to lets say 4-7 range I'm sure one of them will be available. There's a very good case that if they pull a deal off with the Canucks Ehlers should be avaiable for sure. JB needs to go all in for Reinhart best case senerio. Even if it means our 6th, Edler, and whatever. He will be a #1 Center in the NHL for sure. We need that in our prospect pool.
  7. He's not saying he will be like Kane. He's saying they play similar styles. Maybe more so than anyone else in the top ten.
  8. After watching Sam Reinhart's interview I think he would the best player for us. This guy is so mature, humble, and cool. He is a leader for sure. We may not be this high in draft position again for a long time. I hope JB really considers going all in for this guy some how. Otherwise I really like Nylander, Ehlers, MDC.
  9. At this point out of the 5 that may be available to us I would go MDC>Nylander>Ehlers>Ritchie>Virtanen
  10. He mentions that he has a pretty good Idea of where he is going. What I gather from this response is that one of the top 6 teams drafting may have mentioned that they are going to pick him if he's available. I'm pretty sure Florida, Buff, and Edm will pass which leaves Cal, NY, and us. I have a strong feeling it's us, or NY that will select him.
  11. Thank you for the Vids! It's funny how some of these young players remind me of some of the players on the Canucks when they get interviewed in terms of demeanour, and the way they speak lol. Ritchie is Kassian, Nylander is like Daniel and Henrik(He even scratches his neck and face when answering a question), and MDC is like Lou lol(ex Canuck).
  12. Thats an interesting deal. Basically Shinkaruk for the 5th overall, and Strome for Tanev, Markstrom, 2nd. Strome will be a #1 Center in this league, and we can draft one of the big 5, plus we keep our 6th. I think I like that deal. We can replace Shinkaruk with Ehlers/Nylander, and draft the last one from the big 5.
  13. I know this is off topic but I just saw Frankie Corrado at Wal-Mart in Woodbridge, ON. LOL. I live there and thats where he's from also. He looks like a solid guy physically.
  14. I think the long interviews with Fleury and Virtanen must mean that they are going for that 10th pick, and maybe JB and TL want to see who is a better fit at the 10th spot. Also if one of them is gone by then than the other will be available. Am I right?? Please tell me I'm right . I think if one of the top 5 don't fall we have to go for either Nylander, Ehlers, or Ritchie(even though I'm not a fan of him personally).
  15. Just a question to you. In your opinion who are the top 3 Canucks prospects skill wise?
  16. Not sure if this was posted or not. If so my bad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jkNhXQ-e6c
