LOL playoffs?. Playoffs? Sooo We lost 3 out of 4 VS Ottawa who was last in our division while we're out of playoffs by 10 pts. Also heading into the Canucks series, Ottawa's last 10 was 4-6 -

I'm glad I didn't watch today... Covid or not, if you lose back to back against Ottawa when you desperately need a win, you don't deserve the playoffs. -
LOL I'm not worried. It's just hockey
-
Yes mathematically they do but they would have to win 4 out of 5 games in hand which is not impossible but very tough. A little more help on Mtl's remaining 10 games would make it easier for sure.

Canucks fans fly #FireBenning banner over Vancouver

Last year's playoffs was the most fun I've had watching our guys since 2011... I shake my head at the ppl that want Benning gone... -
Ok @Dazzleand @Provost. I like both of you guys but this is a pissing match of semantics. Provost obviously didn't see Montreal going 3-7 in their last 10 while Canucks go 6-3-1. We wouldn't be arguing if Provost used the word "improbable". The odds were heavily stacked against our guys but we've managed to get some help and our guys have played really well for the last while. At this point, TDL moves have been made. Let's just cheer on our guys to finish strong and take the spot from Mtl. I think both Provost and Dazzle would agree on that front.

Yeah, I think I saw the flames play 9 games in the next 24 days. Much more reasonable. I just hope we don't suffer an injury with so little rest.
-
It looks like we have a chance but we are playing an awful lot of games. I think every remaining game is either every other night or back to back. Players may hit the wall at one point. Hope they prove me wrong
-
Oh wow Thanks for providing some context. Didn't realize that he was actually suffering
-
I believe he's talking about Salo. He got underbridged by Marchand and took the year off while we were at the cap. I'm pretty sure the league knew what MG was doing and that's why they put the screws with the Luongo penalty
-
Lol and we have the Luongo cap recapture penalty while Hossa retires due to equipment allergies despite playing hockey his entire life
-
Absolutely. Juolevi looks very poised and is the vet presence on the rookie pairing with Chatfield. Chatfield got a lot of love this game but I felt like he mixed up Juolevi on a few plays. There was a play when Juolevi reversed the puck in his own zone but Chatfield was way out of position and nowhere near where he should be which led to a turnover and had them scrambling in their own zone. Those plays should be second nature to NHL level dmen. Chatfield's redeeming quality is that, once a mistake is made, he is quick on his skate and reaction to break up a play or at least get in the way. I remember when playing football, my coach would say, if you lost your assignment, just hit someone instead of standing around and I feel like Chatfield does that. I'm excited to see a defensive 6 of Edler Schmidt Hughes Myers Hamonic Juolevi That's a pretty solid group.

Because they're cowboys and their arena is shaped like a saddle -
Calgary pausing constructing of new arena

Lol what cowboy decided to create an Arena shaped like a saddle haha. Funny that a lot of major concerts / artists skip Calgary because the dimensions and shape of the building isn't adequate space for their concert and staging lol
