  1. The way I do it is kind of hard to explain.. I usually try my best to just stretch out my bicep when going down, then focus on squeezing it on the way up, trying to take my forearms out of the equation (although it's gonna hit your forearms no matter what).. Also my hand grip isn't too tight.. Just tight enough to keep the dumbbell stable pretty much...
  2. Anybody else try pull ups with a dumbbell between their legs? It's tough but feels amazing afterwards... Right now my pull routine is: Extra Weighted Pull ups/Chin ups Regular Body Weight Pull ups/Chin ups Bent-over Dumbbell Rows with different grips Weighted Back Extensions Dumbbell Curls Hammer Curls Takes 50-60 minutes.. Usually once, but sometimes twice, a week
