      no, he was suspended pending investigation and was reinstated about a month ago.

      scandal was pretty wide ranging stemming from a class that had take home exams that were able to be shared but a final that wasnt shared but was takehome and about 100students collaborated on it because many deemed it "impossible"

      biggest irony is it is introductory to congress course, one would think that cheating in such a course would garner an A+ sadly this doesnt seem to be the case.
