    I definitely agree. I don't like tanking, but it is what it is. I would rather suck for a few years than so many like Calgary and have to suffer decades of mismanagement and despair. I am thinking towards the future where we will be in 2-5 years. Tanking is our best option

    Do you think it's chance that when Calgary finally tanked after how many seasons, they actually started to get good, young players like Monahan? It's not luck.

    Hopefully we can keep tanking. No point in being a Calgary for 10 years or we can retool in 2-3 and get back in the Cup race.

    As of now, we're drafting 8th overall. So we got that going for us, which is nice.

    Gillis is disgusting. We traded Schneider and Luongo, 1 future hall of fame goaltender and 1 solid #1 starter for Horvat, Markstrom, and Matthias? AND WE STILL RETAIN SALARY? Hope Gillis is getting the boot soon.

    Ryan Horvat is on Guelph. Bo plays for London. Not related I don't think. Funny enough, they are both centres.

    Sestito... those hands of gold. Also, Kassian is playing very well of late. He might not be the smartest guy, but those hands can pass like no other and can see the game.

    Apparently I'm wrong. It's actually 2G, 2A in 3 games for a total of 4 points. Tyson Giuriato ‏@TysonGiuriato3h Horvat finishes with four points (2-2-4) in three pre-tournament games.

    I was also listening to Bob McKenzie after the game. When listing off of Canada's important/star players such as Drouin, McDavid, Reinhart, he includes Horvat in that as well which credits his play of late.

    The games over now. Horvat with a goal and assist. He assisted Drouin's goal and scored a short handed. He was 92% in the faceoff dot, which is absolutely rediculous.

    Bo Horvat. 1 Goal, 1 assist vs Swizterland. We drafted a gem, boys. This kid is beyond something special. It's also only after 2 periods. Hopefully he can pot another one.
