  1. I think the issue is that they’re doing neither. They haven’t rebuilt the blue line and traded away picks and prospects.
  2. Agreed. Cap is a premium where its value is at an all time high. He's putting up points but carries 6.5M. I hope he does well on another team
  3. Agreed. It's easy to look at points total and caphit and think OEL is the problem.
  4. I already think the Canucks retire jerseys a little too eagerly. Personally, I think the only jerseys that should be retired are 22, 23, 10, and maybe 12.
  5. Alex Forementon, Michael McLeod, Drake Batherson and Boris Katchouk are the 4 who hasn’t denied any wrongdoing. I believe the other 4 of 8 were CHL players that weren’t on the WJC team.
  6. I was exactly thinking that- in terms of being on the way out and spilling the beans. I think at this point to not even issue out a statement, isn’t technically proof of guilt in a court of law, but also we don’t know Schroedinger’s cat is dead either. I do hope that this motivates him to taking everyone involved in the incident down with him. I was sick to my stomach reading that article.
  7. This was my first thought as well. I think this could be it- at least from a human perspective, I hope it is. What a legendary career.
  8. Doughty is the only one that's unrecognizable now. That's hilarious, thanks for sharing.
  9. No you’re right, I’m not well. I think Brock Boeser will be just as good as Phil Kessel. Look at their points historically. They’re both fast skating snipers with an Ironman record. Super comparable. These opinions make me really sick in the head. Someone please get me help and a straightjacket
  10. He won multiple cups because he dominated on the third line with Bonino LOL. Don’t make it seem like he lead the charge on those cup runs. yes plenty of players change from 25-30, but a lot of players also don’t. With his injury history it might be best he gets a change in scenery as we can use the cap space for the rest of the team “thanks for coming out”
  11. What? I don’t think you’re the one making any sense. What does the Canucks scoring in 2011/12 have anything to do with anything? League scoring was lower than it is now LOL. This has nothing to do with Boeser’s performance. thanks for coming out.
  12. LOL because you think he's going to become Phil Kessel? Respond to my last post buddy.
  13. Garland has a lower caphit, and draws penalties on 5v5. I love Boeser as a player and he seems like a great person but I don't think it makes sense to keep Boeser over Garland.
  14. That's just from stat-watching. Those numbers back in Kessel's day is very different from years following. Jamie Benn won one MVP one year with around 84 points. Kessel was fast with a good shot. Boeser never had any speed and is injury prone while Kessel is literally the ironman champion of the entire league. The sense has been made, let me know if you have received it.
  15. The issue is that we're up against the cap and we have UFAs to sign. The cap is going up 4M (estimated) and that's not enough for Miller's bump, Horvat's raise, and Kuzmenko's new contract. We also need cap to improve our right side on defense.
  16. Kessel was way more prolific at that age than Boeser ever was. Also two different players, not that comparable other than they're "snipers." In which, the latter is more of a slow playmaking winger at this stage. I hope he thrives elsewhere because we cannot afford to keep him.
  17. Someone boot up 'Chel and figure this out. We want RHD with 4.5 star potential only
