      @NewbieCanuckFan OMG!  How in the world is that even possible?!

       

      I may not have children, but I'd like to think I'd remember leaving a human being on top of my vehicle.  Thank God she had bike racks for him to cling to.

       

      I'm not sure which is more neglectful, this or when someone leaves their kid in an enclosed vehicle.
