  1. Pfft. The one day I actually go to Surrey and spend a few hours there is the day I get robbed. Well, I would consider it a form of theft when you lose your wallet and whoever that has found it refuses to return it/notify you.

      They have a little chain thing that clips to your pants to prevent this sort of thing. Once that was invented, you can never blame someone else for anything taken as a result from a lost wallet. Still sucks for you though, ouch.

      Of course there is a big difference between losing it and being robbed. But the fact of the matter is I lost it in a residential neighbourhood. Someone obviously collected it because I retraced my steps from my car to my buddy's apartment ten minutes later and it was gone. Now if this person doesn't notify me that they found it as it has all my personal info, then I would consider that a theft. If that isn't theft by law then it sure as hell should be imo.
