    I used to take various things, but I only do a vitamin D, multivitamin, omega 3 oil. I will do Vega protein powder if it's on sale (2 for 1) because the supplementation is nice but the price is not. Overall, the difference is reflected in my bank account. All of those gym supplements appeared to not do much for me.

    Win or lose, the boys were playing with passion and drive so there was definitely a positive to be taken away from a defeat.

    Stupid market. A complete freak out over nothing only to bounce back. A waste of time and some people's dollars.

    First and foremost we need to beat the teams that we should beat. Arizona, Seattle, scrubs out of the playoff picture. If you can't do that consistently, or at nearly every occurrence at this point considering the hole we're in, then obviously it's over.

    Sad to see Travis and co. get the boot. It was weeks in the making. It makes you wonder if things would have played out differently for Jake if BB was here instead. There was a lot of debate about whether TG was using Jake properly.
