@ChuckNORRIS4Cup no, everyone would not be "like cool" because if I see a photo of JB looking startled and then you CONTINUE to follow the guy around a grocery store taking more photos that's just plain creepy and shows a total disrespect for the guys privacy.  Use some common sense. 

In any event, the grocery photos were a failed attempt at a gotcha moment, and in top of that just embarrassing as a fan to take in.   

Ok so from now on anytime I see someone with a photo of a player or any person in general I'll just start accusing them as a stalker come on people. 

Like I said call the guy an idiot for following him and accusing him of something he had no clue about, and call him another idiot for continuing to photo him after the point, but stalking no again the only way it's stalking is if this guy was sleeping outside Bennings resident, followed him to every place he went to throughout the day, like the paparazzi does which is stalking, this person isn't doing that, he's being an idiot, one photo was all that was needed then move on.

Chuck, "stalking" is euphemisticlly being used not literally, given the circumstances.   I don't think anyone is trying indict the guy under the criminal code
