I think this man’s taking no nut November very seriously but I am not sure he’ll be successful though. Only 2 days in and ketchup seems to be getting to him already. I only can imagine what others foods and condiments bother him on a daily.

4-2 Canucks Petey. -
Got my 2nd shot last week. A little fatigued but I don’t feel sick like some of the people I know said they were on their 2nd shot. It could mean I contracted COVID previously and was asymptotic though the first shot didn’t get me sick either. Got shots roughly 40 days apart. Could just be lucky. I am mid 20s and in decent shape. Both Pfizer.

Nah we’ve just paid attention to the last few years of not winning besides one lucky run when mathematics got us into the bubble when we were on our way out of a playoff spot back in 2019-20. Facing the same problems year after year. Doesn’t look much different this year, even with a better team.

Yeah I'd definitely be down with getting a President and having him serve interim till the off-season then looking for a long-term GM. That was an option I didn't consider. Have 2 solid hockey minds. Not many notable GMs out there but one guy catches my eye atm. Chris MacFarland is an assistant GM with the Avs working closely with Sakic. He hasn't had GM experience, being only an assistant for the last 14 seasons, and yeah I know some people might have gripes since Benning was but he's assistant to probably one the best GMs in the league in Sakic and has been credited with helping the quick turnaround of the Avs from the bottom of the league to top contention since joining them. He's been an assistant GM for CBJ from 07/08 to 14/15 and Avs assistant GM from 15/16 to 21/22. Out of the guys I found available, and with a solid President, he's a guy I would strongly consider. Especially considering his track record of helping turn around the Avs and ties working closely with Sakic. -
[Signing] Flames sign Jacob Markstrom

Sutter isn't a bad coach. He just needs the right team and the Flames found the players the last 2 seasons for him to work with on top of what they had already. So far it's working well. Reminds me of Torts in year 2 with CBJ. Bobrovsky was stellar that year. -

Come on nature gods. The hockey gods aren't blessing us and you guys give us rain 7-8 months of the year. Just give us this... -

It's just the same problems over and over, year after year. We'll go through a small winning stretch when our stars get hot and/or Demko plays out of his mind but then fall back into long stretches the same losing hockey with maybe Demko keeping us at .500 at times but he can only play stellar for so long and will have his off-stretches too. Very concerning play so far. If it keeps up till the end of the homestand Greener should be gone. If the season is like this JB should be gone too. Will need new leadership and direction overall if that sort of scenario comes to fruition. The worst case scenario for our franchise is our stars wanting to jump ship like EK and others did with Ottawa and us having to rebuild 2.0 because we can't find success with the core. I would rather try my luck with a new coach/GM before that happens. -

What LE did was the equivalent of a 19-20 year old complaining about playing time as a rookie. You solve it in the same way you would a 19-20 year old though. Shut your trap and prove yourself. Different circumstance to our team's situation. We're almost like the Leafs with consistent(though different) problems we can't conquer as much as that pains me to say. -

Yeah. He needs a bit of Kesler in him that isn't afraid to say we were garbage when we are and take out frustrations out on the ice. Need some sort of fire like that. What we've been seeing and hearing from the team is depressing. Players need to have a player meeting. Talk amongst themselves. Figure $&!# out. Might find better solutions. IDK. The revolving door is tiresome. I will want heads to roll if the season is a flop. -

NHLers won't ever vent to the press on issues they have with the coaching. You know this. A lot of what they say is just mumbo jumbo same crap in games like this. What we'd be able to see is jawing at the bench at most. Or something along the lines of calling the team's performance in a game an embarrassment to the press. Maybe calling out the team in general but never specific names. Anything else would happen behind closed doors. I would like to see bench jawing personally. -

Evidence point toward to the opposite than what you're speculating. That he isn't afraid to throw money at the team. Especially considering he signed off on buyouts recently too and past FAs.
