  1. Waiver wire should be considered as all options should. If he decides not to play does Hamonic still count against the cap? If he does we not be able to make any trade really as we need the cap we have to re-sign Petey/Hughes. Not a spot I would want to be in if I were JB. Options limited. Hopefully Hamonic does play.
  2. If Hamonic wants out then I would just check the waiver wire or move a LD to RD and have both OJ/Rathbone in.
  3. D pairings as it stands. OEL-Poolman Rathbone-Myers OJ-Schenn/Hunt D pairings as it stands with everyone signed/playing OEL-Poolman Hughes-Hamonic Rathbone-Myers OJ/Schenn Maybe swap Myers/Hamonic and see whos better with Hughes.
  4. Silovs/DiPietro duo might be good for Abbotsford.
  5. Showed some flashes but quiet night. I wouldn't mind seeing him up and down in the AHL/NHL but I would start him in the NHL for sure.
  6. I saw fans with popcorn so I would assume that they are selling food and drink.
  7. If Hamonic is not playing for a while that isn't outside the realm of possibility, barring Schenn not stepping up.
  8. I don't think Green would be afraid of throwing to RDs out there. Hell if Hamonic is out for a while we might see both OJ and Rathbone playing with one LD hopping over to their right side, barring Schenn stepping up.
  9. I think that's what happens. Rathbone as 3rd LD and OJ as the extra. We usually role with 8D too.
  10. He's leaped over Mac in the depth charts now.
  11. I don't think it's a stretch to see them both on the roster with OJ starting out as an extra. Wonder what happens with Hamonic too.
  12. At this point I am keeping Gadjo as the extra over Mac. He's been more noticable out there.
  13. What's the deal with Hamonic? Any reports out or just speculation?
  14. OEL had a great night and Poolman was good as well. Gonna need both these guys playing well moving forward.
  15. 2 screened goals on Mikey D. Not sure who #81 was but he was having a rough time trying to handle the Flame in front on that last goal.
  16. Rathbone a nice breakout play on that after a couple turnovers his last shift. Way to bounce back Boner.
  17. I made an effort to pay attention to Rathbone/OJ/Hunt tonight. I thought Schenn/Rathbone was our worst pairing defensively tonight. Tonight Rathbone wasn't as good defensively as OJ and neither were as good as Hunt. Rathbone had a few rough turnovers, one of which he forced himself to take a penalty for and was slow on puck battles which led to extended time in our own zone. Schenn didn't do him any favors though. Silovs bailed them out a few times. He settled down a bit defensively in the 3rd period though. Rathbone also went on an bit of an adventure during his only PK shift where he was scored on. OJ had a pretty quiet night besides the pinch that led to the trip and he was a part of 2 positive extended shifts late in the 3rd in the ozone after Seattle was controlling play. He was the only D that wasn't scored on the PK I believe. He was alright tonight and didn't make as many mistakes in his own zone as other D. Hunt was our best defenseman overall. He broke up way more plays and turned play around a lot tonight, he was pretty consistent all three periods. Rathbone would be my 2nd best defenseman just due to the shear offensive talent he displayed. OJ would be my 3rd as he barely noticeable besides a handful of positive plays.
  18. Best D were Hunt>Rathbone>OJ Best forwards were Boeser=Hog>Dick
  19. Rathbone could almost switch to wing. Dude has wheels, handles and a shot.
