  1. Anthem said that on their own radio podcast though. Reb ripped them a new one about that.
  2. Touch and go. I don't take the slack out. I tried to keep as much tension as possible. Also I pulled my back doing my lightest weight on my last set(other than warmup weight)
  3. Pulled my lower back doing deadlifts. Wanted to do 1 more set and back was too exhausted so definitely did it improperly. I could feel it happening Can barely walk around or straighten my back without pain. Robaxin helped a bit but I am going to take today off work and probably a few days off lifting. It definitely sucks being stupid. I probably should get a belt to keep my back straight from now on. Hopefully the pain subsides enough so I would be doing nothing for too long.
  4. IDK what my macros should be if I am bulking. I am roughly 235lbs and guessing around 25% bodyfat at 6'3''(191cm). I can take a picture of myself if it would help at all. Which the extra weight already on me do I need to be consuming a lot of fats. Should my proteins be the highest? They say 1g of protein per pound but 235g(940 calories) of protein is a lot. I am guessing I don't need to be consuming 4k calories a day and could probably get by with 2500-3000.
  5. I am not surprised. He has the tools to be a good complimentary player and is on a pretty good team. I mean he is tied for 9th in point totals with like 3 other players on his team. Also doesn't help when you've played with Getzlaf at times.
  6. Vilardi is my guy. If not him then Glass or Mittelstadt
  7. Perhaps this is the calm before the storm.
  8. Vilardi, Glass or Mittelstadt as of right now. Lets see how the Memorial cup unfolds.
  9. I am thinking Glass if Vilardi and Middlestadt are already taken.
  10. Winstrol good? Can someone elaborate on Winstrol for me? I heard it is great for cutting.
  11. I still pass on him easy. More valuable players in this draft for us.
  12. Gaunce and Grenier haven't shown that aspect at all. They won't wow you physically, keep opponents on edge or intimidate them. I don't see Grenier having a future in the NHL anyway. Dorsett has heart but isn't intimidating and Lebate needs to develop and grow into that role before being thrown there forefront. We need to bring in a couple guys for our bottom 6 to carry the load physically while showing the way for guys like Lebate and Virtanen when he is ready. On top of everything else I said.
  13. As I said we are getting skill and will keep getting and developing skill. Goldobin, Dahlen, Boeser. We will also be getting our next best prospect this upcoming draft. After that I won't be surprised if we used other picks and next year for skill as well. Look up and down are current lineup. We don't have any guys, particularly upfront, that goes out and plays a physical hard nosed game. None of our forwards brings the type of presence that keeps the opponents heads up and honest. The only guy we have that keeps people honest is Gubranson and he isn't the type of player that will frustrate opponents physically. I am not saying go out and spend our 1st on some meat and potatoes, we've done that. Neither am I saying go out and spend big on someone that does. I am saying add more to our bottom 6. Beef up this team so that our youth will be protected and in a better environment to develop. We aren't going to be scoring until the kids we have(and get) grow but we can make sure opponents don't intimidate us as much as they've been able to.
  14. We are getting skill and will keep drafting and developing skill. We need size and toughness now just as much as in the future. Win or lose we need to bring about more a physical presence in games because as it stands now we are an easy team to play against physically.
  15. Insert Middlestadt instead of Tippet and bumped up to 3rd or 4th.
  16. It is truly an unfortunate thing to happen to us. Something out of everyone's control. The only silver lining is that we have some depth on the left side, Pedan, McEneny, Juolevi. None though bring about the type of presence that Tryamkin brought though. Hopefully luck takes a turn for the better come the draft lotto.
