It's wonderful to be able to do these things, and then again the first forest fire can have your dreams and  finances crushed.

Not trying to be a downer just trying to give some reasonable advice.

The people of California want to move out into the lust forested areas to build million dollar mansions and don;t realize those fires are brutal and non forgiving.

its gunna dip 5-10% at the most but thats going to be neighbourhood to neighbourhood not everything gunna correct( condos probably get cheaper).  Real estate correction already happened last 2 years, and it was brutal. This coming recession isn't real estate based.  If Your in the main cities , a lot of the jobs are going to be coming from real estate. The prices are going to stay the same in south coast. in the kootenays prices should go down but a lot of oilheads move out there. They're gunna be flocking here, alberta going to be a welfare state for 5 years at least.  so i don't know about 15-20% correction. it all depends on inventory, are there a lot of acridges out there available in that range?  just keep making low ball offers, shoot ur shot til something sticks take it as a sign its meant to be. otherwise your gunna pay 80 grand anyway. it could go up too
