We've lost 6 in a row in regulation. We have 9 games left. The longest losing streak in regulation in NHL history is 17 games.

To lose all the next 9 in regulation (since even an OTL would improve our points percentage), we'd have to have an almost historic losing streak (15 games)

10 games is the longest regulation losing streak in Canucks history

Thanks for this topic, would be a good thread to discuss, much better than the multiple Fire Green and Trade Jake topics. My guess is Pearson, Sutter, Virtanen and Benn will be traded. Next season they'll bring in Podkolzin, Lind and Rathbone. Hopefully Juolevi finally gets a full time shot.

All of a sudden we've got a great young D. Benning knows how to address the problems with this team. 

I'm fine with them falling so long as they progress. One thing they struggled with was winning without Marky bailing them out last season, I'd like to see them win more games where Marky/Holtby don't have to be at their best. 

Give me new defense/powerplay assistant coaches and I'll be willing to be patient next season too. Head coach could go either way, but I see them letting Green's deal expire. 

might even drop to 3rd sens and wings  are beyond bad tho  sabres have played 1/3 less games than us  maybe this is the yr we win the lotto   i say sell most of the vets
