Mr.ArcticLove♥
winter is not the same thing as snow, it could be snowing in spring and fall. Snow requires cold temperatures. Icy sidewalks require cold temperatures. Slipping on sidewalks to sue requires cold temperatures. All related. Unless you plan on PK'ing in downtown vancouver, I don't think its mandatory for many other areas to clear the sidewalks. So you'd be out litigation fees if you try to take the issue to court and have it thrown out. Edited December 21, 2008 by trek

DonLever
20 CM of snow is quite a lot of snow for Vancouver. It is about 8 inches and I have not seen such a large amount since the 1990's. BTW, it has been snowing for 1 1/2 hours already in Vancouver.

iheartluongo
Fu*k off snow , my last Road test got canceled , My next one is on Tuesday which is likely to be canceled again.... That's a good thing. You don't want to be tested in the snow..... The snow looks very pretty outside; it's all sparkly, + no car has driven on the roads in front of my house, so it's even prettier. It looks a lot deeper than it did when I got home (around 35 minutes ago)..
