OMG Snow?

Damn...too dark to take pictures.

Use a tripod, and long exposure.

On Canon point-and-shoots, go to the exposure setting, press MENU, and adjust it to at least 3". Make sure you have a tripod when you try this. That's what I often do at night, if I don't have my DSLR with me.

That's a good thing. You don't want to be tested in the snow.....

The snow looks very pretty outside; it's all sparkly, + no car has driven on the roads in front of my house, so it's even prettier. :P

It looks a lot deeper than it did when I got home (around 35 minutes ago)..

Yes you do , from my friends experiences , they shorten the test , and give you a fair amount more leeway then if the conditions were normal...

I have a canon. But in the Menu, there's no exposure setting. Can it be called under something else?

It should be the menu where it has the "-2...1...0...1...2+" scale. It's often labeled "+/- (Exp.)"

Closest thing I see is LCD brightness. Either my camera sucks a55 and doesn't have it, or I'm a fracking retard and can't find it lol

I'm guessing the 2nd option.

It looks like this on mine (Powershot SD1000):

You can see the MENU option there, with the moon icon.

WOHOOOO found the bugger. Ok. You say set it to 3, but it only goes to the 2+

Press MENU (or whatever it says next to the moon icon above the scale). That's where you access the long exposure settings.

And remember to use a tripod, or it'll look disastrous.

What? Gee, way to waste my photography tips... :P jk

Long exposure works great for pics like these though. (That one used 8" exposure.)

Hahahaha...took 2 pics of outside since I only have 1 view :P

Hey, without your tips, I wouldn't have been able to take the pics of outside without it looking like a black wall haha.
