King of Anarchy
That stupid fracking Scott Richmond lost me $50 bucks tonight. That's what I get for betting on the Jays.
NucksFanTilIDie
Well, the boom for the mariners has turned into a bust (15-15 now). Hopefully there'll be a huge upswing and they can get it back into gear and do something in this division with the angels looking like crap. It'd also be nice if the jays could keep this up and win the division. That whole system is so dumb in baseball, when a team like the bjays just gets screwed every year because of their division. But if somehow the red sox and the yankees missed the playoffs this year, that would make my life!

RUPERTKBD
just bad luck playing in a division against the 2 most bloated payrolls.... Would be so sweeeet to see one of them not make it!! The AL west really stinks this year so maybe Mariners still got a shot
marleau_12
First AB, 3 run jack. Incidentally, one more than David Ortiz has in 28 games, to anyone who hadn't noticed.

Regnecek
Always hated Manny when he played for the sox so when he got outdated for cheating, I had a satisfying chuckle No hall of fame for you...
Hodgson59
Alex Rodriguez made his much-anticipated debut Friday and, in typical A-Rod fashion, the return was a spectacle of postseason magnitude. The narrow dugout was a mob scene, a crush of news media jostling for position, angling to get the best angle to receive Rodriguez's pearls of wisdom: the mistakes he has made and learned from, his rededication to baseball. Ashleigh
No love for the Tigers? Granderson completely robs Sizemore of a homerun and Verlander pitches a complete game including 11Ks last night. I'm finally not ashamed of the Tigers.

The Alchemist
So... Geovany Soto has forgotten how to hit, Rich Harden has lost 5 MPH on his fastball, Derrek Lee has picked up from last year and continued to suck, Milton Bradley has also forgotten how to hit and is injury prone, Ryan Dempster continues to make a case that last year was a gigantic fluke, the bullpen blows, Zambrano is injured/a head case, and now our best player is out for 6-8 weeks and possibly the season. I am officially worried.
