The Alchemist
MLB prospects bust more than any other major sport. He is only 16, people are getting ahead of themselves. The next big thing in the MLB is Stephen Strasburg RHP for San Diego State.
Hordichuk
Yeah, Strasburg is incredible, but I'm wondering when his arm will die.
marleau_12
Burnett suspended for 6 games. So Padilla can go out and hit Tex with the ball twice and get nothing? Such BS. Appealing it. Yanks won 8-6. Came down from 5-1.
Gretzky's Mullet
http://deadspin.com/5279112/tracking-bryce-harpers-moonshot What's everybody's take on Bryce Harper? For me, I'm desperately trying to believe.
hank4hire
Ahhh! I turned the TV off after the Mariners ended. Should've left it there. Very impressed with Beltre in that game. Especially that last at bat, so much composure (though two feet to the right and that base-hit is a double play ball).

Hordichuk
Mark Lowe nearly gets out of a 9th inning with a miracle. A tremendous catch in centre to rob a HR by Gutierrez. The Mariners pitch out on a squeeze and get Mauer out at third. Balentien makes two bad plays on a leadoff double by Mauer and then makes an error that brings home the go-ahead run. But at least Ichiro gets a chance to extend his hit streak. 0-3 headed into the 10th. He's due up third.

Rozzy
is MLB that thing where they have a little white ball on a big field, and they whack it in the hole? Sorry im new in the Northern America area.
HighwayToHell
I'm a diehard New York Mets fan. I came in here to call out J.J. Putz. K-Rod is doing his job, but it seems as though Putz is really phoning it in so far this season. I don't know if this can be wholly attributed to the bone spur he's having removed but I sincerely hope he gets his act together soon.
marleau_12
Ehh, Matsui just struck out. Oh well. A Tex homerun and a Cabrera groundball made it 5-5 going into the top of the 9th.
Gretzky's Mullet
How in the hell does Russell Martin still not have a home run this season?
TheSenator
I am personally a Blue Jays and Tigers fan, but wow. The Jays are really becoming themselves these days. Ever since that beginning of that 9 game road trip, they have been a completely different team. Hitters cant hit consistently, and pitchers are starting to give up loads of hits and runs.
