Citizen Erased
I am personally a Blue Jays and Tigers fan, but wow. The Jays are really becoming themselves these days. Ever since that beginning of that 9 game road trip, they have been a completely different team. Hitters cant hit consistently, and pitchers are starting to give up loads of hits and runs. canucker1-0-0-0
10-1 4-0 CG shutout by the Doc If Greinke (sp) wins the CY over Doc, then it would be a bigger robbery then Bush winning the 2000 election

canucker1-0-0-0
You must also look at the division Yankees Red Sox Rays vs Tigers Twins Sox which would you rather pitch against? Greinke's pitching great, but even with all those CG, he still has less innings then the Doc. That speaks volumes to me, and ERA will not always be 1.5. ~canucksownflames~
Zambrano says he will retire in 5 years. Chicago Sun-Times - Carlos Zambrano said on Friday night that he'll be out of baseball in five years. Zambrano, 28, won his 100th game against the Reds on Friday. He was asked after the victory about the possibility of reaching the 300-win mark. "For 300, me? No, I'll be out of here in five years," said Zambrano. After his answer drew laughter from reporters, Zambrano added, "No, believe me. After this contract I'm done. ... I'm serious. Because I don't want to play anymore." Zambrano will be 32 when his five-year, $91.5 million contract expires after the 2012 season. "I want to help this team and do everything possible to win with this team. After five years, or four years, or whatever it is, that's it. I just don't want to play. I want to stay at home and see my daughter grow up and be with my family more. "You know how many Mother's Days I haven't spent with my mother? Twelve. You know how many things I lose in my life [because of the baseball schedule]? "It's good to be here, also it's good to be in baseball. But in five years I will retire, and I won't have to see you again."

Donky
Halladay may very well end up winning the Cy Young at the end of the season but if it were voted on today it would be a robbery if Greinke did not get it.

hank4hire
Lyle Overbay named AL player of the week, now if only he could rub some of that magic onto Wells..... Jays take on the surprise leaders of the AL West, Texas Rangers who are getting some decent pitching to go with their usual high powered offence
