b3.
Hardly, Rolen doesn't even have a hit yet. And remember that part of the point of that trade was also to acquire the two pitchers, not just Encarnacion. Josh Roenicke looked pretty good in an inning of works couple days ago Yes, I just liked watching Rolen play. But, I'm slowly getting over it but I did Roenicke pitch he did well. Bernie Brewer
Seriously if Randy Wells doesn't win rookie of the year there's something wrong with the league.
Temujin
Went to the three-game series last week between the Jays and the Mariners. Thought I'd share a few pics. Brandon League, pitcher for the Jays Jamie Campbell, broadcaster for the Jays on Sportsnet. Apologies for the poor quality on that one. Scott Richmond, pitcher for the Jays. Safeco Field from the concession section. Toronto Blue Jays can be seen warming up to the left of home plate. For more images, feel free to check out my fanpost at Bluebird Banter The Jays won the first game 11-4, and dropped the next two. Ichiro was amazing, hitting just about everything Jays pitchers could throw at him.

Bernie Brewer
Rickey Romero is 10-4 with a 3.53 ERA, 87 SO and 42 BB in 110 IP. Those are pretty good numbes for a 24 year old rookie

Temujin
Nitpicking, but there is a rookie of the year for each league. Wells plays for the Cubs. Nice pics by the way, you're Temujin on SBN too, right?
shiznak
This Blue Jays team is a joke. How the hell do you manage only 3 hits off Pettitte in 7 innings? I know Pettitte always pitches well against the Jays, but come on he isn't the juiced up pitcher he once was.
