Gretzky's Mullet
Another jack for Lind. What a monster. That guy will get at least a 1000% raise.

hank4hire
When does his contract end?
PowerIce
Young players are generally on one year deals. Lind's contract is only for this year at $411K, Alex burrows type bargain. Hopefully they give him a nice medium-long term extension

Gretzky's Mullet
So does Barry Zito actually still have a shot at resurrecting his career? 7 of his last 9 starts have been quality (and in one of the other two, he went 5.2 with only 1 ER). His ERA is one good performance from dipping below his career average, his WHIP is down and he's striking guys out. Signing him will never be remembered as a golden move, but it might just be possible to dig it out of Mike Hampton/Andruw Jones territory. He goes friday at Milwaukee, and I would probably watch if I had mlb.tv.

hank4hire
An average fastball and good curveball will only get you so far until the hitters figure it out, luckily for him SF gave him that fat contract before that
