Kinda sucks that they went with half length trains. What were they thinking? The popultaion is judt going to increase more and more. They barely built those to suport the current popultaion.

There's also less track switches and absolutely zero train storage tracks (like the one at Metrotown)....meaning if a train breaks down, vast sections of the system will come to a hault - very much unlike SkyTrain.

WTF.....

Did they find plans from 1940 in a vault somewhere and go with them?

Canada Line's almost done? I don't see any skytrain near Langara lol and it suppose to have a stop there?

LOL...wow. That's quite dense. You didn't notice a new station entrance on the northeast corner of 49th and Cambie?

Typical Canadian workmanship. ;)

LOL....depends on how you look at it. Shallow platforms mean relatively short corridors/walks to the station platform. But then the same shallow tunnels are why the platforms are so short.
