Sultan of Sarcasm
At campus by 8:15am = no stopping at 49 and Maple for 10 minutes as the 'biters disembark. Careful now, I'm a graduate of Magee...
inane
Oh god! Which article specifically of the surely numerous ones you've posted over this thread's 342 pages are you referring to? The 50's and cars one? See how it's so very difficult for me to have any discussion with you? You *act* ignorant like this for what purpose I wonder? BuckyHermit
Careful now, I'm a graduate of Magee... Both Dragon and I shall shake our fists at you. For some reason, my 49 trips usually DID make a 5-min stop at Arbutus... So damn the rest of you who didn't get the same treatment.

MikeGillis58
I don't like Translink name changing Broadway Station to Commercial-Broadway and calling Broadway-City Hall, the new Broadway Station. I think Broadway-City Hall should be called Cambie-City Hall Station and Commercial-Broadway should be called Broadway-Commerial Station.

ronthecivil
I love how the argument is now about the movement of goods. Are you arguing all of the road projects he listed (and others) are all with the intention of moving goods? I think the question re your article is why didn't the mayors council approve a funding plan that would have greatly expanded transit instead of keeping the status quo? Damn democracy.... And also, I think the shaking would hit Japan instead. And they're kinda used to it due to earthquakes.

And I used to be a movie extra, so I don't really pay attention to famous people when I see them anymore. Working "in the biz" really does take the magic out of everything. nitronuts
I don't like Translink name changing Broadway Station to Commercial-Broadway and calling Broadway-City Hall, the new Broadway Station. I think Broadway-City Hall should be called Cambie-City Hall Station and Commercial-Broadway should be called Broadway-Commerial Station. The name change was done because it doesn't make sense for the two Millennium and Expo Line stations at Broadway and Commercial be named differently, it's a common practice around the world to name transfer stations the same name but number their platforms differently. I welcome the name change.
