ooh my english class just had a debate on animal farm a week ago

it was based on which group was more at fault for the way things ended..

the humans.. because their influence stayed long after they were gone

the pigs.. because they manipulated the other animals

or the animals.. because they allowed themselves be tricked and didn't make an effort to obtain knowledge

so maybe pick one group and write your paragraph on it?

anyone know how to do this question, i'm lost

A car and a train move together along straight, parallel paths with the same constant cruising speed (V initial) . At t=0, the car driver notices a red light ahead and slows down with constant acceleration (-acceleration initial) . Just as the car comes to a full stop, the light immediately turns green, and the car then accelerates back to its original speed (V initial) with constant acceleration (acceleration initial). During the same time interval, the train continues to travel at the constant speed (V initial).

In terms of initial V and initial acceleration:

a) How much time does it take for the car to come to a full stop?

b ) How much time does it take for the car to accelerate from the full stop to its original cruising speed?

c) The train does not stop at the stoplight. How far behind the train is the car when the car reaches its original speed (V initial) again?
