Here's something that may be of interest to folks who wish to take a look at the current music scene in Japan. There's a free performance happening through Youtube, on Sat. Oct 17/20 starting at 2300 hrs PST which goes on for around seven hours (it's Sunday Oct. 18 at 1500 hrs in Japan - see the link).

Most of the acts involved are new to me, or I haven't heard them all that much, so this looks like it could be not too bad. There is participation by folks from Maximum the Hormone, Band Maid and Scandal.
