The scoreline suggests it was pretty close, but Milos doesn't look as "on" today...at least not since I've tuned in. For Murray to lose, he would need to give Raonic an inch. So far, he has not. Not even one.
g_bassi13
Too many unforced errors either way, this set.
Ghostsof1915
Milos doing what he can, but Murray is just not letting up. Hard when the crowd is clearly on his side.
ShakyWalton
Just got up...its not looking good..its hard to come back when a guy like Murray is on his game.
-DLC-
I can say I can't stand Murray. I understand being fired up, but profanity city for no apparent reason. I can see him unraveling, and hope he does.

-DLC-
There's a fine line between being a contender and a champion. Milos needs to push over that line and I think it's more of a mental thing than a physical thing. To never say die.

-DLC-
Congrats to Murray....Milos will just have to keep chipping away. A good accomplishment, but it'll be a monkey on his back and he'll have to store this one away. Time will tell if he "settles" for "good enough" or gets fired up and elevates things. Overall, well done.
Ghostsof1915
Hats off to Milos a lot of tennis players never even get that far. He worked his tail off. Learn from it. Remember it. And kick butt next year.

Jaimito
congrats Ranoic. Made tennis history for Canada. Learn from today, and win it one day. Murray played better, particularly the return service and chasing down balls no shame in losing today, Ranoic didn't choke.
-DLC-
In seeing Murray's emotion, I think I'll give him a pass for his early intensity and ranting. Obviously, it helped him win. Good job.

Obviously, it helped him win. Good job. Murray or any Brit is under unbelievable pressure at Wimbledon. I don't think we can appreciate just how difficult it is for him. To step up and beat a comer like Milos was probably harder than taking on a "name" as he was expected to win by those who haven't a clue what pressure does to a sportsman. Milos looks like a champion in waiting, I don't think it will be long before he is winning a GS.
