D-Money
The Other Guys - 7/10 Many hilarious parts, but far more jokes that fell flat. Still enjoyed it though. Blood Work - 5.5/10 Clint Eastwood movie with an interesting premise and some really great scenes. However, there were still a lot of cliched parts, and I called it 15 minutes in. Steve Danger
Universal Soldier. The first one. Terribly good. So bad it's good. Roland Emmerich directing before he blew up the White House and starring Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren. Highly recommended for fans of either action star. Andy10Bernard
I still laugh to this day when I think about this story; I was watching a movie with my GF and a trailer for PA2 came on, after the trailer the hot blonde sitting in front of us says; " #2? The first one was so good because it was real... How could it happen twice?" This girl was 20+, unreal.
Armada
City Of God 9.5/10 Probably one of the best movies I have ever seen. I suggest you all watched it. ity of God (Portuguese: Cidade de Deus) is a 2002 Brazilian crime drama film directed by Fernando Meirelles and Kátia Lund, released in its home country in 2002 and worldwide in 2003. It was adapted by Bráulio Mantovani from the 1997 novel of the same name written by Paulo Lins. It depicts the growth of organized crime in the Cidade de Deus suburb of Rio de Janeiro, between the end of the '60s and the beginning of the '80s, with the closure of the film depicting the war between the drug dealer Li'l Zé and criminal Knockout Ned. The tagline is "Fight and you'll never survive... Run and you'll never escape." The cast includes Alexandre Rodrigues, Leandro Firmino da Hora, Jonathan Haagensen, Douglas Silva, Alice Braga and Seu Jorge. Most of the actors were, in fact, residents of favelas such as Vidigal and the Cidade de Deus itself. The film received four Academy Award nominations in 2004: Best Cinematography (César Charlone), Best Directing (Meirelles), Best Editing (Daniel Rezende) and Best Writing (Adapted Screenplay) (Mantovani). Before that, in 2003 it had been chosen to be Brazil's runner for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, but it was not nominated to be one of the five finalists. Meirelles and Lund went on to create the City of Men TV series and film City of Men, which share some of the actors (notably leads Douglas Silva and Darlan Cunha) and their setting with City of God. meberry
The Expendables. Last night I watched this movie and I have to say it was quite impressively done for the action sequences. I still say that some other action stars should have been there. I don't call Dolph Lundgren a great actor. He just lives off of the only decent role he has ever done which of course is Ivan Drago in Rocky 4. the 5 minutes of screen time with Schwarzenegger and Willis wasn't even worth their time in the movie to begin with. Although it created some very funny lines. "What is my worst best friend doing here" for example. Over all however this movie was one of the types of movies that I really enjoy. A shoot em up, blow em up and beat em up. Will I buy it on DVD when it is released is not certain yet. I give this movie a 7.5 out of 10.

lateralus
Isn't that the one where he gets hit by lightning at the end and disappears? ------------------ Anyway, last movie I watched was the Expendables. 9.5/10 Normally I don't like North American movies (they're all predictable) but this one was "old fashioned" and was actually entertaining.
