lateralus
Scott Pilgram vs the World - 8/10 Plot was a bit "meh", but the way they filmed the movie as well as all the "game" effects kept me quite entertained!

avelanch
Winter's Bone (not a porn) - it was pretty good/interesting, but wouldn't be for everyone, as it is fairly slow.
canucklehead_14
Jackass 3D 8.5/10 - Hilarious. Wished it was longer though. Red 7.5/10 - Pretty consistently funny and the action was over the top in a good way. Saw 3D 1/10 - Awful. Most traps didn't connect to the story, hell even the main story with Bobby Dagen didn't really connect to the big picture at all. Terrible acting, traps were ridiculously stupid and you could see the end coming from miles away (and this is coming from someone who's seen all the Saw movies (though I only liked Saw 1,2,3 and to a lesser extent 6). Before the Devil Knows You're Dead 9/10 - Fantastic. Ethan Hawke and Philip Seymour Hoffman were both amazing in this movie. Definitely a downer of a movie, but worth it for the powerful scenes and Sidney Lumet's direction.

TempName21
the collector - 6.5/10 the main character was pretty a likeable bro and there was some pretty awesomely disgusting gore but other than it was really routine for a 2k9 horror movie. lateralus
Wow....we agree on something. Seven Pounds 9/10 I rarely give anything higher than an 8 for good movies but this is a rare exception. If this movie doesn't tug at your heart strings, I can't think of any movie that will. I often challenge movies to make me get emotional(I've been desensitized over the years) and this one did not disappoint. I know some people have had problems with Wil Smith drama, but his last two roles have captivated me deeply. Highly recommend unless you are looking for Seth Rogan brainless comedic relief(I loved Knocked up and Pineapple Express btw).
