AL Nite Long
Well the season 3 premiere was not a disappointment. Looks like it's gonna get a whole lot more gangster. Poor Manny but with his new show on Fox i could see this coming, plus it was a great way for Richard to get back at him for killing Jimmy's woman
RUPERTKBD
Looks like Gyp has some anger management issues...also looks like Nucky has gone all the way over to the dark side now.

Vanuck14
I was pretty happy with the premiere last night. Al Capone really has my interest.
Remy
Just as Breaking Bad wrapped up, Boardwalk Empire came back. Perfect timing. Empire has some of the best characterization and character development of any show going, it always impresses me and it's such a rare quality. Raoul Duke
It's funny seeing Manny on Boardwalk after seeing his annoying promo 1,000+ times on friggin CTV while I watch NFL. We get it, CTV. You have a show callled "The Mob Doctor". Also, it looks like absolute crap. Great Season 3 premiere by the way. Lots of potetial. Gyp seems like he's gonna be a badass. Tearloch7
And Nucky going full gangster as Rosetti's hit men arrive at the hotel to take him out was one of the best sequences this season. Now it seems the tables may have turned and Nucky looks to be going on the offensive with Al Capone arriving to back up Nucky and Chalky's guys. One of the great lines of the season delivered by Big Al as he arrived in Atlantic City: “We’ve been on the road for 18 hours. I need a bath, some chow, and then you and me sit down and we talk about who dies.” It sets up lots of fireworks for the season finale next week (titled Margate Sands see spoiler below) and I cannot wait to see how Richard Harrow figures in the festivities after being run off by Gillian Darmody and last seen taking inventory of his firearms collection. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkjbZtClf_k
Wetcoaster
A great series .. it has tremendous nuance and empathetic characters .. the way they deal with Richard Harrow's character has been exquisite .. he is the "wild card" in a deck of jokers .. Tearloch7
And where does Michael Shannon as former federal prohibition agent turned iron salesman and now bootlegger, fit in? Another great character.
Vanuck14
I glad the show has picked up the last couple of episodes which sets up the season finale to be great from what I saw from the preview.
MC Fatigue
Both are great shows , but IMO The Wire is the best series ever made .
