And forgot to mention: congrats both Caboose and Sestito on Chelsea winning the league! Totally ran away with the competition in the dust. Fortunate to have the best manager in the world :)

competing against teams with a fraction of the payroll doesn't hurt

Chelsea has a wage bill of £192.7million.

Burnley has a wage bill of £21.5million.

So you're saying the newly promoted last place team in the Premiere League spends less than the champions of England?

What is QPR's wage bill? Yet they were unable to win this league.

Chelsea is a well managed club.

Chelsea is a well managed club.

Chelsea's wage bill is 2.5+ times the size of Q.P.R.'s. It's easy to be well managed when they can outspend most of the league 2 to 1, in some cases 9 to 1.

This is from last season but it hasn't changed much.

Manchester United: £215.8m

Manchester City: £205m

Chelsea: £192.7m

Arsenal: £166.4m

Liverpool: £144m

Tottenham: £100.4m

Newcastle: £78.3m

QPR: £75.3m

Sunderland: £69.5m

Everton: £69.3m

Aston Villa: £69.3m

West Brom: £65.4m

West Ham: £63.9m

Swansea: £62.3m

Stoke: £60.6m

Southampton: £55.2m

Crystal Palace: £45.7m

Hull: £43.3m

Leicester: £36.3m

Burnley: £21.5m

^QPR spent 75.3 million in the Championship.

Safe to say that went up substantially after their promotion.

United spent the most in the league to finish 7th, yet no one criticizes them for attempting to buy a top 4 position.

That classification only applies to Chelsea and City, because they got rich more recently.

Considering Barca is going to essentially walk to the treble no matter who they play it doesn't really matter whether or not Real or Juve win.

Barca manhandled Real in the previous Clasico.

^pretty much. Almost no chance RM can beat Barca, they're just immaculate atm. And honestly it'll be hard to even get by Juventus tomorrow. I don't think it'll come as easy as some suspect.

(Tbh I'm predicting RM don't advance)
