Morrisonn is actually pretty good. Had an off-year last year, but he a lot of people thought he deserved the salary Buffalo gave him when he first signed.

He's a good 10 point/shutdown guy who plays some PK and bottom pairing, but can step up when necessary.

I think he would be a good fit on a rebuilding team to relieve the defensive pressures of some young guy, plus he is pretty huge.. Edmonton or Islanders could probably use a guy like him. Though Edmonton signed Sutton to play that role, I guess.

3rd Game...3rd Win

i know the Pre-Season says nothing in General but those Sabres looking pretty impressive.

Ehrhoff with an Assist again, Miller 1st Star...Pommers with the Game Winner.

Roy out with an Shoulder Injury but Ruff said its nothing serious. I hope he´s right.

Personally I don't mind the leafs. I think they have a team that will definitely challenge for a playoff spot, though that's really riding on their goaltending.

Buffalo's looking real good this game. Ennis was one of the players I was thinking would challenge for the Calder last season. His skill is pretty up there. Looking forward to seeing him continue to progress.

I wonder what Buffalo is gonna do about the cap though. They need to make decisions soon.

Was picturing it like:

Vanek - Roy - Pominville

Gerbe - Leino - Stafford

Ennis - Boyes - Adam

Hecht - Gaustad - Dumont

McCormick, Kaleta

Doubt they have the depth to carry 8 defenseman with Morrisonn down, and would have 2 extra forwards. In my opinion, Dumont is better than Kaleta and then McCormick could sub in when they need more energy and J.P. can move up if he plays well/they're playing a team like Detroit.

Besides, weren't Dumont and Hecht linemates when Hecht had 52 points in 64 games and J.P. had 53 points in 77 games? Considering they'd be back together on the FOURTH line, that would be some crazy depth. I think they played well in the playoffs together, too, the year after the lockout? I could be wrong about this.
