Who Would Be In Your Lineup?

Sedin - Sedin - Bitz

Higgins - Kesler - Booth

Hansen - Pahlsson - Burrows

Malhotra - Lapierre - Kassian

Hamhuis - Bieksa

Edler - Salo

Ballard - Tanev

Schneider

Luongo

Edit: I'd almost be tempted to have Weise in there over Manny. He plays his a*ss off every game and is generally effective in one way or another. He's hungry.

Exactly the lineup I was gonna post.

It's hard to say that we should split up the Sedins and Burrows because they've put up amazing numbers in the regular season. But the truth is, Burrows has always been able to get points from anywhere in the lineup, and the Sedins have typically been able to turn any player into a star.

I think that line has become to comfortable playing a certain way, and it's time to change their dynamic. Especially in the playoffs where the Sedins have been pushed around and have failed to generate a whole lot in certain series. Bitz would bring a whole new dynamic to that line. He's big and strong enough to be able to protect the puck until the Sedins get into place. Plus he had 3 points in his first two games, what's not to like?

Bitz - Lapierre - Kassian

Hamhuis - Bieksa

Edler - Salo

Tanev - Connauton

That's a good lineup. But if Bitz isn't in the cards for the top line, I think something like this could work:

Sedin Sedin Higgins

Booth Kesler Burrows

Hansen Pahlssson Kassian

Lapierre Malhotra Bitz/Weise

I know alot of fans would hate breaking up the second line. But if it means getting the Sedins going, it's worth it. Plus Burrows already has chemistry with Kesler.

Either way, the Sedins need someone with some size and great puck possession skills on their line. Burrows is getting outmuscled a bit too easily lately.
