elgin
For what its worth: EA sports came out with their annual SC playoffs and they say that Canucks will lose in first round to Phoenix (if there is no Daniel Sedin) or second round to Detroit (if Daniel is healthy). But again last year they predicted that Nux beat Boston in game 7 and they were wrong. Anybody know how accurate EA sports has been over the past years? Chaos Giraffe
They've been impressively accurate overall in recent years, but they obviously are going to be way off this year .
Pears
They were pretty freaking accurate last year. 12/14 playoff series' right I think. I honestly think we would manhandle Phoenix if we faced them.
Bilbro Baggins
Better just pack our stuff up. How can we win the cup if EA says we can't?
-Vintage Canuck-
Didn't they get Chicago winning the Cup in 2010 right?

Nucks-4-Life
Do you have a link to the EA sports simulation? All I can find through Google is the simulation from the beginning of the season. Thanks!
BZRK
The thing is, they're totally right. Daniel's scoring will be severely missed.
RockNroLLa.
Awesome, finally EA Sports can be proven wrong ever since Nhl 09 the game is getting crapier and crapier.
Kesler_smash
I don't understand how the simulation can be out when the playoff matchups have not been set yet.
ManUtd
Well, last year they got everything correct series wins wise last year except the Finals. These simulations should be taken with a grain of salt. The fact they did a simulation with and without Daniel Sedin in the lineup shows how many factors can affect the outcomes of a series. If they did a simulation without Nicklas Lidstrom in the Detroit Red Wings lineup would yield another result.
