I know everyone is praising Lidstrom right now, but I definitely think he was at least a little behind where he was last year. He just didn't take control of the game as often. The Red Wings, especially if Liddy retires are going to be in a huge need for a defenseman. With all of the rumours of Stuart signing closer to home as well....
