I have strong dislike for Romes play, he is very consistent, consistently ineffective and slow and coughing up the puck because he can't keep up to the faster pace he needs to process his thoughts at in order to be effective, hence the ineffectiveness that I mentioned. The hit was ultra dangerous (edit: and stupid), but his intent wasn't as malicious and it became so dangerous because of circumstance You can see he makes an effort to keep his elbow down and Clifford was turning to shield the puck.
