Mustapha
What Schneider said about Edmonton, can also be said about Cal9ary. What a lovable bunch of losers, with Iggy and Kipper how cute.
pavel berezin
Without Daniel Sedin this team can't seem to make good short passes, and barring some good play by Kesler-Booth-Higgins, the Canucks just aren't creating many opportunities in the Kings zone. Especially obvious on the powerplay. Game one they threw away with stupid needless penalties and wasted PP's. This game was theirs for the taking, but the Kings got the opportunities. They aren't making Quick look good, they aren't making themselves look good. The series isn't over yet. They just need some bounces, and they can still come back and win it. Starting Cory Schneider might be the way to go- not because Luongo has been bad, but because this team is desperate for something.
smurf47
Lou was awful on last 2 goals and didn;t look much better on the breakaway. Move over Lou...its Schneids in LA.!!! Ya just never know what Luongo yur getting from one save to the next...great on one...then inept on others. Will be a miracle if Canucks can come back from 2 games down..outplayed in last 2. Quick had twice as many shots and gave up 1/2 the goals....Lou outplayed again...Sic !!
Jaimito
this. why not this. No heart, no wonder the rest of the team and fans hate us. Regular season flash and dash, playoff no show.

Femme.Canuck
Man, Kesler on that last shift in the 2nd made me sooooooooooooooo excited. And then, everything died down. Question: Why was he 2nd star... and Luongo not even on the list?

StanleyCup=HolyGrail
I can hear the lame excuses now. Well, we gave up 2 short handed goals and 2 power play goals. you can't win when that happens. HELLO!. Earth to crazy person. think about what you just said. The Canucks are 0 for forever on the PP with 2 against. the Kings are 4 for what 12 or 13. This is not good in either case people. Reality is. This team is massively going to under achieve everyone's expectations and the question is. So what is the fall out of that?
whcanuck
If the Powerplay got even slightly better, I bet we tie the series in L.A. It's all about special teams, just like it was last time we played them in the playoffs. 5 on 5 we are better. Special Teams, they are better, much better right now. That's all it is. The team just has to take it one shift at a time, win each battle and win each shift and you'll likely win the hockey game. The team should not worry about the series or the 0-2 deficit. Just win one game, that's all

snolan
One game at a time now...... that's all we can do.. Rest easy knowing if we do lose this we are not far off next year and HOPEFULLY will plug the holes. I am not too optimistic this year, as even if we get by LA , LA was just beaten by the Sharks in a mini-series and well, pretty much every team in the west looks like they are as good as LA. No Daniel really, really hurts. We looked OK down the stretch but we had a really soft schedule, it's pretty apparent now what he brings to the table.
