Seycove Seyhawk
On one of my tv's I turned it on and the green screen that says "Press OK to watch Tv" comes up, but no matter how many times I've pressed OK it won't work. The other TV works, but I can't pause or look at my recordings as well. Any one have any insight?
The Brahma Bull
I don't have optik. I have a telus satellite receiver. Is it possible to hold in the power button on the receiver for a few seconds to reset it? Whenever my receiver acts a little wonky that's what I do. Seycove Seyhawk
Yea, the thing with the Telus Tv is that the remote turns on the tv and the box at the same time, the box doesn't turn on when you press the button on it. The press OK screen comes up when the box doesn't turn on with the TV. I pressed the STB but it just flashes red every time I hit OK

No_More_Larchide
1) call telus, ask for customer retention 2) cancel telus 3) call shaw 4) create a new account with shaw for much less per month than telus 5) enjoy your new service , and enjoy customer care that actually works! goalie13
True, but I would take the very few issues I have had with shaw over the horrid customer service of telus any day. Counting down the days til I can drop them as my cell phone provider
Seycove Seyhawk
Turn the power off, or unplug it. Then when you start it back up it should re-initialize.
