Add the ability to download actual scheduals like in Fifa where if you start a Be A GM and in real life the season is half way through.

You can then download the real records and start from that point of the season.

I think it's going to be either Giroux or Malkin. I think Stamkos is a good choice too, but I don't really want him to be it because he was on the cover last year

I always see Be A Ref mode being proposed.

Who seriously would play that for more than 5 minutes, once?

Skate around, call penalties, and drop pucks.

Yawn.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I see no entertainment value in it. Definitely not worth all the time it would take EA to develop it in my opinion.

I like the idea of a mode where say, you play as the Canucks. (Just an example)

You start with the same roster but, if they were to trade a roster player like Raymond in real life, that trade would happen on your NHL 13 Game Mode. Same with roster call ups and players sent to the Minors

I dunno, I like the idea

A more indepth Be A GM mode is something else I've been thinking of. You'd start in the CHL, have your top players taken away to the NHL after they're drafted, make trades, attempt to win the CHL championship. Or you could start in Europe, and do the same thing.

Then you'd move up to the AHL, and your players are also often called up to the NHL. You could sign free agents to AHL contracts, but most good players would refuse to sign no matter how much money you throw at them, as they're NHL-level players

Once your team gets good enough, and you've proved yourself, an NHL team will give you a shot.

I'd love for them to make coaches and GMs.

So let's say you're playing BAGM and Chicago proposes a trade offer, the screen says "Stan Bowman from Chicago is on the line", shows a picture of him and whatever he's offering.

Same with coaches. You could fire one and see a list of available coaches(generic and real ones)

Unfortunately the rights to getting these guys would be virtually impossible but a cool feat it would be.

Fix the god damn gameplay. Same problems every year. As a player who mainly plays NHL for the Online Versus, this is a big issue for me. Goalies have been flailing around doing the splits for 3 straight years now.

Fix the AI, fix the GAMEPLAY. NHL 13 is the last chance for me. If this game turns out to be another money-grabbing polished version like all NHL games have been in recent years, I'll be officially done with console gaming. I'm sure many of you don't care, but in my opinion, console gaming has gone down the ****ter since this latter half of the 360/PS3/Wii generation.

It's good to see that the PC gaming companies such as Blizzard have kept up their standards or at the very least, have made some kind of improvement in their games.
