ahf149
And Umberger doesnt have near the talent Kesler has. Everytime those two play eachother I always wonder what happened between the two of them...was it a girl? lol
Honky Cat
The Neely trade is considered one of the most lopsided in NHL history..let alone Canuck history.......Just goes to show what happens when you're not patient with young players.
AndyBernard
Cam neely by a mile... Imagine our top line with neely... Bure-Linden-Neely That kinda looks like... Booth-Kesler-Kassian Obviously im not saying either player is equal, just comparing styles of play.
Bodee
You would be correct. Neely never won the cup as a player.

Danuck
Does anyone remember what we got in return for sending Bill Derlago and Rick Vaive to the Leafs. Vaive put up some decent numbers in Toronto.

Burnsey
Probably Linden. He was the Canucks and we traded him? However, in hindsight the trade doesn't look too bad. He brought us guys who were the core for us for a few years, and of course he came back home where he belongs. Can't really think of any/many other bad trades for us in recent years. I mean we have had pretty decent trades or traded useless players for other useless players. Nothing to serious...and lets hope that streak continues. EmployeeoftheMonth
I remember we had a thread like this last year. If you insert Grabners name everywhere you see Hodgson it's pretty much the same thread. Funny not a mention of Grabner this time round until now. NLluvitorleaveit
Pavel wanted out. He basically said trade me or I won't play. What other choice did Burke have? I remember it was Jovo,Dave Gagner,Mike Brown,Goalie of the future Kevin Weekes, and a first round pick( Nathan Smith). Yes I will agree RJ was all about Money that Burke wasn't willing to spend.
