[Proposal] Keeping The Core Together

Recommended Posts

I consider the core of this team to be the Sedins, Kesler, Hamhuis, Burrows, Bieksa, and Edler. The rest of the players are a supporting group.

To TB:

Roberto Luongo

David Booth

Right's to Mason Raymond

Van 2012 2nd Round pick

To Van:

Victor Hedman

TB 2012 1st round pick

Vancouver gets a top 4 defensemen to play with Edler, and a draft pick.

Tampa Bay gets a top 6 forward who could replace an aging St. Louis, and a elite goaltender they've badly needed. They also get a speedy winger who could fit well with thier system.

Trade breakdown:

Luongo for Hedman

Booth+ Raymond+ 2ndd for 1st round pick.

To ANA:

Keith Ballard

Andrew Alberts

To Van:

Ana 2012 2nd round pick

Vancouver gets cap relief, and rid of Ballard's contract who doesn't fit in here.

Anaheim gets a player capable of being a top 4 defensemen, and adds to their depth.
