mpt
I think San Jose might trade Thornton and Marleau and have Couture and Pavelski as their first and second line centers respectively.

Kack Zassian
This depends on what NJD wants. IF Martin was to retire then they are in a great need for a great goalie or great goalie prospect. If you look at it this way then Schneider's value is equal to Larsson's value. Maybe even greater. Larsson is a solid prospect but he hasn't really prove himself yet. Schnieder hasn't prove he can be a starter but he is more proven than Larsson.
D-Money
Luongo straight up for Marleau please. Never gonna happen though.
mpt
No thanks to Marleau. That guy is an enigma. Sharks would jump at that. But I'd do it in a SECOND for Thornton...even with more coming from our side. Thornton with Kes on his wing? Hot dam!
Blömqvist
Larsson is 19 and a top 4 NHL defenseman. Thats about as proven as a 19 year old gets.

mpt
At the moment Larsson has only played in 5 of New Jersey's 16 playoff games. He is hardly a top 4 NHL defenseman.
