Had Vancouver,Detroit,Nashville,Chicago, St Louis, or San Jose faced the Devils in the Finals, Do You believe they would have won the Stanley Cup? La Mauviette75 Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 with the way they're playing now, pretty much any well rested team in the west would have beaten them. then again, pretty much any well rested team in the east would have beaten them too. the rangers series was too intense. to come out and beat a team that's only lost a couple games in the playoffs is almost impossible. But I think Detroit and St.Louis would have hand their hands full. Phoenix never made your list, but it would have been a challenge for them too. I think San Jose would have lost.
