CanucksinVic Posted June 30, 2012 Share Posted June 30, 2012 The Pens would be pretty powerful upfront, but I agree with the All-star line-up failing theory, Look at the Rangers all those years they signed everyone and even missed the playoffs with too many egos...If the Pens want to go for it, let em...Rangers of the late 90's V.2 Besides, really after the second line, they have limited potential as a big threat. When you have superstars like Crosby and Malkin, you don't need to complement them with other superstars - any old forward will shine in their presence. The smart move for Pittsburgh would be to pass on Parise and go all out for Suter, because they have no one asides from Letang on their blueline.
