I would LOVE if Fields fell to 12-15.

I don’t see him going after Wilson or Lance though. Unless there’s another idiot like Ryan Pace

You wish. Patriots gonna have to trade up. Carolina, San Fran, and Denver all need a new franchise guy to build around.

Would be shocked if 2 of these 3 teams passed on Wilson and/or Lance.

Could see the Patriots drafting Trask or the Alabama qb Mac Jones on day 2.

Patriots gonna probably want to sign a qb in free agency or trade for an established vet (Fitzmagic?) I don't think Belichick has the patience to groom a rookie right now since the team has too many pieces on defence still to do a rebuild.

Yeah, I thought Fields was the consolation prize for whoever misses out on T-Law.

I am looking at this WR class looks pretty decent in the top 3.

What type of WR appeals to you? Speedy and quick? A pure route runner with reliable hands? A bigger guy who is physical and can win 50/50 balls and break tackles and be a good blocker in the run game?

Eagles can get a day 1 starter to push Reagor,Fulgham and G Ward and upgrade this bottom 5 WR squad.

1. Chase

2. Smith

3. Waddle

4. Bateman

5. Olave

6. St. Brown

7. Wallace

Broncos are high on Lock and 49ers still have JimmyG for a lot of money. Carolina I could see springing for Wilson or Lance but

Bridgewater had a fair season given they got nothing out of their mvp this season.

I highly doubt 4 QBs are gone by pick 12.

I’m a fan of Trask as he’s a pro style QB. He’s efficient and can sling it. Just wonder if he has the brains to translate to the pros.

Chase is my #1.

I want a route runner like Jefferson,  more of your typical #1 WR to go along with Reagor as a #2. With our TEs (though likely losing Ertz) you don't need a big guy unless he's an all-around beast like Metcalf.

I am a fan of Devonta Smith from Alabama as well.  What concerns me is his lack of strength and bulk to get off press coverage and make tough contested catches in the NFL.

He has great hands and concentration as well as pro ready technique in his route running patterns.

If he gained 20 pounds more without a drastic loss of speed and quickness I would take him over Chase.

Chase is good at a bunch of things without being truly elite at any one aspect.

He is not the biggest, fastest, or quickest guy. Not the most pure route runner. But his toughess and compete level is as good or better than any WR in this class.

He can play X,Z, or even make tough catches for you in the slot on money downs.

He is a safe pick. His floor is Juju Smith-Schuster and his ceiling is a slightly shorter version of Michael Thomas imo.

Lock has that punchable face and cocky attitude like Jay Cutler did with less talent. Don't think Elway should be married to a second round draft pick when you have a chance to upgrade and get somebody better.

I like what Denver has at the skill positions. Lock is holding them back imo and the same goes for Bridgewater in Carolina with his check down style when he has 2 great wideouts like DJ Moore and Robby Anderson with Curtis Samuel as a solid slot.

Bridgewater is Alex Smith a 1B type at best but much better coming off the bench.

As for the 49ers I think the fans are tired of Garropolo being so injury prone anyways.

He is another mediocre qb like Kirk Cousins. He will play just good enough overall to not want to replace him.

Let's see what happens.

Remember when he was the can’t miss future face of the NFL and Belichick traded the only good QB in the nfl? That was my favourite over reaction.

The biggest sobering thought, in terms of team building in the modern NFL for me this year, has been how dependant a qb's level of play is based off what is around them.

There may be 32 starting qb spots but the majority of NFL qb's are system players.

You need a great team around them. I think teams need to be more careful giving out these huge contracts just because the qb position is so valued.

The best formula seems to be drafting a guy and targeting a Super Bowl window right away while they are on their first contract and still affordable on the cap.

I think in the NFL right now, outside of Mahomes,Rodgers, Wilson, and Watson, the rest of the qb's are not showing that they are currently capable of being a true franchise qb in terms of elevating the talent around them.

You can see how guys like even Brees and Brady, with especially Roethlisberger are on a decline physically.

Josh Allen has broken out this year but not yet consistent enough to be talked about in that elite group imo.

But he makes the Bills a contender in the AFC along with the Chiefs and Titans.

Ok soooooo how come teams like the Browns and Broncos gotta play their games on their scheduled dates despite their covid issues but the NFL will move heaven and earth to make sure Baltimore has a full team ready to go???

“Hey Mr. Davis, so uh we missed the playoffs because we took a knee from the 1 inch line instead of just getting the td and forcing Miami to have to score a touchdown”

The Oakland coaching staff headed by Mr. Gruden sure outsmarted themselves didn't they?    Here was the scenario for those who did not see the game:  The Dolphins were leading 23-22 with less than 2 minutes left.  The Raiders were 1st and goal inside the 5 yd line of Miami.  Instead of  crossing  the goal line for a TD, LA  deliberately stop short of the goal line 3 times in order to kill the clock and go for a field goal to win.  The score is now 25-23 for Raiders.   Unfortunately there was still 19 seconds left when they gave the ball back to the Dolphins.  Well all you need is one play to get into field goal range and that is what Miami QB Fitzpatrick did with a lucky throw and a penalty.  Final Score Dolphins 26. Raiders 25.

Coach Gruden must have failed math because with a TD,  the score would have been a 29-23 Raiders lead with less than a minute left.   Now any grade 5 student would say scoring a TD to win is much harder than scoring a Field Goal to win.   In other words, Miami would have had to work much harder to score a TD to win than a FG.

Bitter sweet seeing Agholor have a career year when he couldn't catch to save his life in Philly.

He has become a legit deep threat out if nowhere and is actually playing up to his first round pedigree this season.

All it took was a change of scenery no pressure from fans in the stands or the city and a qb who can actually throw with touch and accuracy downfield unlike Wentz.

It helps that they didn't pigeon hole him into a slot wr only role though.

Whatever happened to @ReggieBush feel like you haven't chimed in on the Seahawks in a long time.

Wondering how neverous you gotta be about the Rams because recently they have done well against the Seahawks.

Just like me... Probably having a nervous breakdown due to the Hawks winning by the narrowest of margins.  Making things way to hard on themselves by letting teams back in it in the 4th quarter.  I think they'll find a way to pull out a victory tomorrow... Something like 24-22 or 17-14.  But you just don't know with this team.  Looking forward to it though.

Go Hawks!!!
