Chiefs are trading six-time Pro-Bowl WR Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins for five draft picks: a 2022 1st-round pick (No. 29), a 2nd-round pick (No. 50) and a 4th-round pick, as well as 4th- and 6th-round picks in the 2023 draft, sources tell ESPN.

This NFL off-season has been epic so far and we still have 1 month until the draft as the crescendo!

Why do loser teams give up valuable draft picks for older players who are in decline?

He is not in decline yet. Still has plenty of tread on those fast wheels.

He was on the last year of his contract and wanted to be the highest paid WR after he saw what the Raiders gave Davante Adams.

If I'm in charge, I blow it up. They could get solid return on Metcalfe and Lockett as well.....

Tend to agree - was a great run (other than losing in the Superbowl to the Pats) but time for a rebuild - Metcalfe brings back a huge haul as would Lockett. Time to move on from Pete as well and usher in a new era.

Damn. He seemed to have been humbled by his experience in Washington and grew up last year accepting a limited role.  Taken far too young.  Condolences to this young man's family, friends, and teammates.

Apparently some clown from the NFL Network was asked about this and chose to criticize Haskins' decision making.....for leaving college a year early and for jogging on a highway....

It's kinda crazy to me at least how 1 NFL player was speeding Henry Ruggs and killed an innocent civilian.

Meanwhile this time a civilian who was speeding killed an NFL player... :o

Interesting "theory" making the rounds....

The gist is, NFL owners are pissed about the Browns signing DeShaun Watson and have agreed not to trade for Baker Mayfield. If all goes according to plan, Cleveland will have to cut Mayfield and get nothing for him, if and when he signs somewhere else....

There also seems to be a fair amount of speculation that as soon as the Browns cut him loose, Mayfield signs with the Steelers....

Good. Stick the Brownies with the dead cap. Would love if Midfield stayed in the division. Steelers running Baker and Trubisky out there would be hilarious

I’m excited to see who the Seahawks pick up tonight with their pick. There’s going to be a lot of impact players available. I’m hoping Thibodeaux is somehow available at our pick and we snatch him up. He was a projected top 3 pick all year long and he’s slipped. If he’s still available, he’d be a slam dunk pick for me
