A big problem is a lack of beds for rehab, be it drugs or alcohol. Someone should be able to walk into a government agency/hospital/social services, and ask for treatment then receive it immediately. Get them into a rehab center the same damn day. Even more when you consider that his salary for this upcoming season is $1 million. So the missing games only represents $666,666 in missed salary.
