NucksPatsFan
And Dont'a Hightower is under growing surgery for a toe labrum. Incredible, this guy. So young, so great, takes over from Mayo, and he's had this poking at him since a month or so agao. Absolute warrior, said he played the SB "with one arm hanging". Just saw that it was Hightower who made the game saving tackle on Lynch at the 1 yard line! Wow. With 1 arm, he took down beast mode, or at the very least brought him to a halt before Ayers could get him to the ground. Guts.

Watched the game last night very late again and noticed a lot of things. The Magician
Actually, I was being sarcastic. I didn't think there was anything classy about the post that I quoted. Basically a guy who's team won, now rubbing it in. Haha. That’s funny. Read back over the last couple of pages before the game started with Makavelli’s “back to back” gear and other ****. Now that they won you haters expect us to be quiet? If the Seahawks won we would be getting an earful from Neversummer, people please, Jiggs (where you at tho?), Makavelli, you, the list goes on and on. Once again, thanks to the haters for making it possible. Always remember...... R.I.P Edited February 3, 2015 by The Magician
NucksPatsFan
Just finished watching the game again, minus the boston lager and commercials. Just an even greater appreciation for some of our guys. Thomas, Chancellor, Wright, Irvin all had their shots to show they can cover Gronk 1 on 1, and he beat all 4 of them. Chancellor stepped up at the line to jam him and Gronk brushed him aside like Kanye brushes aside paparazzi. The only times Gronk didn't factor in the passing game was when he got bracketed by Wright and Thomas/Chancellor, or when he was a decoy and the ball was thrown to the other side. Julian Edelman. Beast. What sets him apart from Welker is he can take a hit on a crossing route and hold on to the ball. I knew this kid was something in 2012 when in his limited snaps he would juke DBs and always leap for the extra yard or two. As soon as I heard about him showing up at 5am everyday, I knew I had to add his jersey. Dany Amendola. I don't care that he was useless for 16 regular season games. Because he showed up vs Baltimore, vs Indy, and yesterday. He caught a 2 yard pass and juked Sherman out of his u mad bro boxers and went for 9 yards and a 1st down. Ninkovich: the only guy that could tackle Lynch 1 on 1.

Once again, thanks to the haters for making it possible. Always remember...... R.I.P Agreed 100%. If the Pats lost, this thread would be at page 500 by now filled with posts about making fun of Brady, making fun of Belichick, making fun of us Pats fans, there would be at least 25 U Mad Bro memes posted. Can't hate on neversummer, we traded shots with each other leading upto the game, and acknowledged it post game. people please keeps posting in the game day thread where his posts get lost in the flow of the conversation so no one calls him out. Jiggs is probably too busy trying to figure out why a guy on his team had a pet alligator, and why his head coach sounded like a huge Patriots fan on NBC's panel. The second best part about yesterday is Seattle fans can focus their attention back to talking cr*p about the 49ers, because they know what response they'll get if they try and talk smack about the Pats anymore (which they've been doing for the last couple years). But some real talk, met a lot of Seattle fans today who engaged me (because I, like I hope you Magic, Raoul, Heretic and TRR were, was rocking my gear today) and were incredibly respectful, mature, and were able to have a legitimate conversation about the game and discuss the ins and outs instead of make excuses. The real fans of the team are great people who stick by their team and can respect the greatness of other teams. 7 more months until real football again. 7 months of soaking it all in.

Had to go in and right a test today, everyone I saw was shaking their head LOL. Got a nice comment from a 49ers fan too LOL. The only bad part is like you said another 7 months... At least thats 7 to take in and enjoy this win Gust gonna leave this here Edited February 3, 2015 by The Magician

TheRussianRocket.
Tbh I wasn't wearing my Pats jersey this SB lol. In 07, wore my Mosd jersey and they lost. 2nd time, wore my Gronk jersey and they lost. This time, I was like screw it, I ain't wearing any jersey lol. I'm not superstitious but man for be game I was for once. Tell you the craziest thing ever: throughout the game Pats were doing alright and 3rd quarter looked like things were close to getting out of hand with the 10 pint lead and offense needing to get going. Friends came to my house and watched the SB...swear on my life, 3rd quarter, we all switched seats (just for the heck of it as a superstition thing) and decided this would change the fate of the game. Ever since that, Pats started clicking and before every play, we all did the same thing we did when we first switched. All the catches started happening, defense made plays, receivers made catches...craziest thing, on the Kearse catch, one of my friends thing he did before every snap was he'd stand up, hush us all to be quiet using his arms and sit down....for the Kearse play, he did that and as he was sitting down while hushing using his arms, he hit the Timmies donut box and pizza box!!!! First time our superstitious routine was broken and Kearse made that impossible catch. We were so fracking choked and couldn't believe it. Ever since the late stages of Q3 we did this thing and luck went on our side...turns out we kept doing it even though we were $&!#ting it after the catch and as we all know Butler made the play of a lifetime. Most bizarre thing ever.
Apple Juice
I didn't hear it quite said that way, but the point is moot. The classy thing would have been to ignore it, rather than come back afterward and rub it in. But hey, your team won, so carry on with the gloating.Sorry but when we've had to go through two weeks of Patriot haters throwing out comments left and right how Seattle would be a very tough matchup for Brady and co. and how their stifling defence will win the game, all the heat about the stupid Deflategate that was just an overhyped media story, we're warranted a few licks here and there. Be happy we're not going over the top with it.I, like others in this thread, have been rocking my Pats gear all day. Will be for the entirety of the week much to the ire of my classmates and coworkers. I don't care. My team won because of a play my defence made. Take it or leave it. My girlfriend's dog was whining all through the 2nd quarter because no one would give him food and the Patriots scored 2 touchdowns. He was in his room during the 3rd. For the 4th quarter I brought him and sat him in front of me and held the same chicken wing in my hand all through the 4th quarter and he whined for it the entire time. I'm gonna buy him a huge steak.

Crom!
Congrats to all you Pats fans and congrats to the Goat, Tom Brady. Very deserved. I hope he gets another one. I can't believe that playcall though. Thanks Crom You're one guy to me that'll always be held in the highest regards imo. Even though you don't talk much here, you are a very knowledgeable and honourable person. And yea, I can't imagine being a true fan how bad that last play must have hurt, and especially Beast being your fav player...wonder how that decision will effect the Hawks moving forward knowing how many emotional guys are on that team. Hope the Hawks the best!
Offensive Threat
Just brutal. Pay your hoes and leave town quietly. It's not like he doesn't have the dough. Sapp doesnt have the dough. He filed for bankruptcy in 2012 with assets of $6.5M and debts of over $7M including child support payments to 4 different women. Without the NFL network job hes got nothing. The league is so good at glossing over the terrible record of former players who go bankrupt. According to a Sports Illustrated study 78% of former NFL players are broke or under financial stress within 2 years of retirement. Insane and unacceptable. But Goodell isnt concerned. He made $44 Million last year.

I'm gonna buy him a huge steak. I was some what superstitious through the first 3 quarters but once it hit the 4th quarter I became extremely superstitious. I had a couple buddies over and as I sat back down to start the 4th Q my phone dropped under my leg, I was going to pick it up but the Patriots got a first down. So for the entire 4th quarter my phone was under my leg, while I kept getting messages from others that one of my buddies had messed around with my FB status. It was so rough because all my buds kept saying check your phone to find out, but I couldn't because the Patriots "needed" me to sit with my phone under my leg and hand on my face. During the 2 minute warning, I quickly picked up my phone to see someone had posted "D*cks <3" as my FB status (I don't use FB anymore so didn't really care). Then what happens Kearse makes that unbelievable catch and I forgot to put my phone under my leg. So back goes the phone and Bulter makes the interception, but I still didn't celebrate because I was worried about Seattle getting a possible safety. Once Brady took that 2nd kneel, I finally got to enjoy the interception and win. Rubbed it in all my Seahawk fan friends, it felt so good!
