You're telling me the grip on the ball has nothing to do with fumbles and the inflation level of the ball has nothing to do with the grip? Fine, ignore that. Don't want to get suspended? Don't cheat. The Patriots aren't the victims here.

Yes. Because a deflated football is harder to throw if you haven't noticed. Would you play basketball with a deflated ball or a flat ball? No. Because you can't dribble and it's impossible to shoot the ball as it feels like added weight.

Anywhoo now that the draft and free agency is over for the most part now the real question begins... What team to qb for in the next Madden game lol. I usually pick the Raiders.

You guys are delusional. It's a good way of dealing with the discipline from the NFL I suppose. Blame everyone and everything except for the guy calling himself 'The Deflator' and Brady. : :D

Any comment on the line above showing all the same Colts balls above 12.5? Any comment on the 2 lines above that showing all the Patriots balls under 12.5 for both gauges? Any comment on all the Patriot balls being significantly below 12.5? The Colts balls for one of the gauges are barely below the range and can be explained by Kraft's favourite 3 words that he learned recently (Ideal Gas Law).

The Patriots, Brady's agent, and their fans are just embarrassing themselves at this point trying to come up with conspiracy theories.

Honestly Mak, love your videos. But you just made yourself look like a complete idiot and fool in this thread.

Like my fellow Patriots fans have said, if there is actual evidence that Brady was involved and that it's proven that he was part of it, and that we were found guilty of deflating footballs with actual concrete proof, then by all means, yes, we will rightfully accept the hazing and torment and ridicule from everyone. Rightfully deserved. But post after post, you fail to realize that there's no proof of any tampering with the balls and you just refuse to take off your hater goggles.

Its hate.

Brady doesnt love football so much as he hates being judged second-best at it. His finest moments have always come shortly after some perceived slight or setback, often manufactured."

A 2014 poll had Brady well in the lead as the most despised quarterback in the NFL. Whats he done to upset people? Nothing. He is the most disliked player in the NFL despite never having given anyone a reason to dislike him. If you hate Brady and search your feelings on the matter, youre likely to end up with, I dont know why. I just hate him.

Hes rich and handsome and married to a supermodel. But Bradys great crime is that he is so good while being so bland. Galactically bland. A black hole of blandness. Brady makes it look easy, and afterward he shrugs. We want our heroes to be larger than life. Brady is much smaller."

I used to "hate" the dude but now it's more of a respect thing. Still don't want him to succeed but I don't despise the sh*t out of him anymore.

But he's hated because...

Tuck Rule

Plays in Boston

Spygate

Tom Brady's appeal letter has been drafted, and a source close to Adam Schefter has a prediction...

"He won't miss a game.

Somebody call the NFL and tell them that a Seattle Seahawks fan, coincidentally the team that Brady just torched en route to the Super Bowl victory, who goes by the username Makaveli is going to represent them in the appeal because he has a case for why Brady's side has nothing they can argue and that he has hidden information not even Ted Wells found in his investigation that directly shows Brady texting the ball boys and even walking with them to the bathrooms and standing guard outside the stall door. ;)

I still think it's reduced to 1, not abolished completely. But it'd be great if it was because I have plans to be at the game in week 1 to watch the Banner go up..

He had no control over any of those 3 things. Tuck rule - referee's call on the field. Plays in Boston - every other city passed on him. Spygate - not a part of the coaching staff who was filming. Plus, they were filming the Jets, as if they needed an edge to beat them ;)

Give Brady 2 games and give the Pats back their 2017 pick. Keep the Billionaire's $1 million and give it to the retired player's general fund and/or charity.

I've never disliked Brady, but I have to say Kraft annoyed me during all of this.

Concrete proof? In the NFL for cheating cases, the standard is 'balance of probabilities' instead of 'beyond reasonable doubt' or 'concrete proof'.

The league isn't out to get Brady. It hurts the league to suspend him just as much if not more than Brady. There is no conspiracy here. There's no point arguing with you until you understand what the level of evidence required is in the NFL.

Maybe the dupe account theory turned out to be true....

If the alt account is also banned then we'll have our answer.

*edit* The alt account doesn't show up in a member search now. D'oh!!

It's all good.

There's still plenty of people around to remind us how the rest of the world hates Tom Brady, 'cause he's so good. :P

You're partially right about the level of evidence but again, you're dismissing the fact Ideal Gas Law proves the Pats innocence. It's a straight forward, simple concept and by no means is it crazy rocket science. Watch this basic, elementary video on IGL and it'll give a reason as why the balls had lost air.

https://youtu.be/G2JdRB3bdFM

Let me further add on to the video and give a little session.

Using the Wells Report info PSI of the Patriots 11 balls (http://bit.ly/1cUVaPB), I'll take the average number that the 2 officials obtained of the PSI for each ball and apply it to the IGL. Why an average? Because it's inconsistent 2 officials could measure the balls seconds after one another and come up with different readings so the only way to make up for the discrepancy is to take the average PSI.

BALL 1: Blakeman - 11.50, Prioleau - 11.80, Average PSI = 11.650. .....PSI % drop = 3.1%

BALL 2: Blakeman - 10.85, Prioleau - 11.20, Average PSI = 11.025. .....PSI % drop = 5.4%

BALL 3: Blakeman - 11.15, Prioleau - 11.50, Average PSI = 11.325. .....PSI % drop = 4.3%

BALL 4: Blakeman - 10.70, Prioleau - 11.00, Average PSI = 10.850. .....PSI % drop = 6.0%

BALL 5: Blakeman - 11.10, Prioleau - 11.45, Average PSI = 11.275. .....PSI % drop = 4.5%

BALL 6: Blakeman - 11.60, Prioleau - 11.95, Average PSI = 11.775. .....PSI % drop = 2.7%

BALL 7: Blakeman - 11.85, Prioleau - 12.30, Average PSI = 12.075. .....PSI % drop = 1.7%

BALL 8: Blakeman - 11.10, Prioleau - 11.55, Average PSI = 11.325. .....PSI % drop = 4.3%

BALL 9: Blakeman - 10.95, Prioleau - 11.35, Average PSI = 11.150. .....PSI % drop = 5.0%

BALL 10: Blakeman - 10.50, Prioleau - 10.90, Average PSI = 10.700. .....PSI % drop = 6.6%

BALL 11: Blakeman - 10.90, Prioleau - 11.35, Average PSI = 11.125. .....PSI % drop = 5.1%

During the Colts game, indoor temp was 75F (297K), outdoor temp was 50F (283K). That is a 5% drop off and therefore, the balls can have a 5% drop off in PSI. Looking at the chart I've made, all the balls fall within those circumstances except for Balls 2, 4, 10, and 11. These 4 are slightly over the 5% drop off but before you jump to conclusion, it was raining and rain can drop the ball off another additional 1-5%. Looking at all this, IGL, simple physics proves the Pats innocence.

...I've even went far enough to lay out all the evidence and proof for you Mak. Hopefully it finally convinces you and gets by that ignorance is bliss wall. :)

You can't really hide behind the Ideal Gas Law. The Patriots dropoff was 0.5 - 1 PSI more than the Colts in the same conditions. What are you comparing the 11.65 PSI to for you PSI % drop?

If you even ignore that, you still have to explain all of the text messages and lying from the locker room attendant.
